Hey, GTM Engineers!

Have AI Agents become a part of your GTM team yet? Will Agents become a reality in GTM today or in the future?

We’re already using a growing team of agents at Clay. I have little doubt this will slow down here and elsewhere:

  • Crosby - Agentic law firm for MSA, DPA, & NDA reviews in < hour

  • Dust - Agents that are experts on your company knowledge & tools

  • Fin - Agent for customer service

  • Claygent - Agent to automate manual research & build custom signals

  • Sculptor - Agent to accelerate building Clay tables & data analysis

As a venture scout, I’ve been diving deeper into agents.

  • What’s possible today?

  • Where can they be plugged in?

  • How can they accelerate teams + revenue?

One that I’m particularly excited about is Karumi - an agent that is trained on your product and can interact with your customers live, providing a product demo just like a real human would.

No, I’m not talking about the click-through interactive demos of Navattic or Chameleon

I’ve started introducing Karumi to several large PLG customers because they all face a similar problem:

  • Not all customers have high enough ACVs for a sales touch or demo

  • Companies don’t want to ignore this lower end of the market either

They’re left to explore and evaluate on their own.

The feedback from these customers has been positive. They see and realize it’s only a matter of time.

Let’s take a look at Karumi and you can even take a demo of Karumi giving a demo of Karumi yourself in the links below.

Happy Automating

Alex
